Once you have added items to your shopping cart, just follow the simple checkout steps by entering your payment and delivery details, and we will process your order right away.
We will process your order within three (3) working days upon receiving it. Our business day is from Monday to Friday (except Malaysian National Public Holidays). Once your order is confirmed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided during account registration.

Your order can be delivered to addresses within Peninsular Malaysia ONLY. We don’t deliver to P.O. boxes, international re-shippers or businesses that forward packages to international addresses.
Delivery will normally be between Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm
(except on Malaysian National Public Holidays) and the Company's closures as specified on the Company website.

Any delivery dates quoted are approximate only and the Company shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the Goods however caused. However, the Goods may be delivered by the Company in advance of the quoted delivery date.
If the Customer unable to present at scheduled delivery site, the driver will not leave the Goods as there must be an authorized person to sign for and accept delivery, hence there will be an additional delivery charges for re-delivery.
No returns / exchange on surplus tiles are allowed. We do recommend that you order 10% extra for cuts, breakages and any future repairs.
No changes / cancellation / refund are allowed after order confirmation and receipt on payment.
Image above is the sample of Niro Granite tile packaging. Recently we have upgraded our carton box packaging into environmental friendly materials, which is using brown carton box. Thus, customer may receive goods packed in white or brown carton box, both packaging is of equivalent product quality (1st grade tiles). While receiving the goods, you need to check three main circled details which are the item code and surface, tile size and the number of pieces per carton.
We perform stringent quality checks on our products and if your ordered item failed our checks, we will cancel and refund the item even if your order was confirmed. You will then receive the email notification upon cancellation.
