Delivery Terms And Conditions
1. Delivery of Goods
- i. Delivery Service: We accept orders and provide delivery estimates on the condition that our company can obtain the required materials, with no liability for delays resulting from manufacturing risks, accidents, or other unforeseeable factors beyond our control.
- ii. Delivery charges may be applicable to certain locations and will be charged according to delivery area and the total sales value. Delivery period is within 5 to 14 working days depending on area upon full remittance of payment.
- iii. For Island and Highland area, deliveries can be made to specified location during working hours only.

2. Unloading Services
- i. The unloading service provided by us is limited to car porch area or main entrance gate for landed property or to designated loading area for high-rise property (loading bay or lobby). This is subjected to an unobstructed unloading site. Please ensure manpower is available at site if the items need to be unloaded other than the unloading areas mentioned above.
- ii. Unloading service is available FOC for certain areas only as specified below. For areas without unloading services, you may select the unloading service charge for RM200 on our e-store and pay together with your purchase if required, otherwise you will need your own manpower to receive and unload.
- iii. For Island and Highland area, unloading services are not provided and cannot be purchased. Deliveries can be made to specified location during working hours only.

3. Undeliverable to Site
- i. If you or your authorised recipients are not present at the designated delivery area as scheduled, or if you have not arranged for assistance at non-designated areas; the goods will be returned and you will be liable for both the initial delivery charge and the re-delivery charge.
4. Self-Collection
- i. Goods sold can be collected within 5 working days at our Shah Alam warehouse only. Self-collection time:
- Monday to Thursday – 8.30am to 5.30pm
- Friday - 8.30am – 12pm & 2.30pm till 5.30pm
- Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday – Closed

5. Returns
- i. Goods delivered to or collected by the customer are non-refundable and exchangeable. All goods must be checked by the customer and/or authorized recipient upon receipt of delivery of the same.
- ii. The customer may return defect items where such defect is caused by the manufacturer, broken or shortage upon delivery and obtain a like for like replacement of the item. If the said item is unavailable, the customer is allowed to exchange the item for a different item of similar value. The defective items must be reported to assigned Sales Designer within 3 working days from delivery date.
