Terms And Conditions

The Company reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event that any changes are made, the revised terms and conditions shall be posted on our website www.creativelab.com

1. Validity Period:

The validity of the sales order is 12 months from the date of issuance. The company reserves the right to forfeit the payment for any unshipped order more than 12 months.

2. Booking Validity:

Booking of the stocks is valid for 6 months from the date of issuance of the order. Stocks will be released if it was not delivered within 6 months. Company will not guarantee the preferred stock lot/shading will be available after the booking is released.

3. Order Amendment:

Goods sold are non-refundable but is amendable maximum 7 days from Requested Delivery Date (RDD). Goods are not changeable less than 7 days from the delivery date. Amendable 1 working day after order placed.

4. Delivery Service:

  • i. Orders are accepted and promises for delivery given conditionally upon our company being able to secure the necessary material, and without responsibility for delays arising through risks and uncertainties of manufacture, accidents, or other causes beyond our control.
  • ii. Delivery charges may be applicable to certain locations and will be charged according to delivery area and the total sales value. Delivery period is 7

  • iv. Should there be any changes to delivery less than 7 days from the requested delivery date, a minimum of RM100 will be charged for rescheduling. Other charges maybe applicable and will be notified.

5. Unloading Services:

Unloading service is available for certain areas only; you may check with assigned Sales Designer if your delivery area is covered for unloading service.

The unloading service is limited to car porch area for landed property or to designated loading area for high-rise property. This is subject to having unloading site without obstruction.

6. Undeliverable to Site:

If goods cannot be delivered due to the customer’s unavailability or the customer did not allocate assistance at areas where the company does not provide unloading service; the goods will be returned and the customer will be liable for both the initial delivery charges and the full re-delivery charges.

7. Tonalities or Shading:

Tonalities or shading between actual supplies and samples submitted may differ.

8. Tile Quantity:

Calculations of tiles quantity is just estimation based on measurements given. The company is not liable for any inaccuracies like shortages/excess. The customer is advised to add in a minimum of 10% tiles for wastages. All base tiles are sold in cartons and accessories tiles sold in pieces.

9. Returns:

All goods delivered are not exchangeable. Items that are found broken or in shortage upon delivery must be reported to assigned Sales Designer within 3 days after delivery date. Refunds are strictly NOT allowed.

10. Quality Complaints:

Any suspected quality issue must be addressed to Sales Designer before tiles are installed (advised to dry lay before adhering to the surface).

Complaints made after tiles are installed will not be entertained and we will not be responsible for the compensation for hacking, re-installation and transportation costs involved. Upon confirmation and payment, you are legally agreeing to full terms and conditions of tile installation services which can be found on our website www.creativelab.com

Site Measurement

11. Site Visit Fees:

Non-refundable within 5 days of booked appointment date. Subject to administrative charges.

12. Site Visit Rescheduling:

Can only be done 5 days before booked appointment date. If rescheduling is done within 5 days another site measurement fee will be charged.

13. Site Measurement:

Will be provided and signed by you as agreement of the required work site area and considered final.

Installation

14. Validity Period:

15. Eligibility for Tiles Installation Services:

We will only carry out installation if you have purchased the products from us.

16. Renovation Consent & Permissions:

You will need to obtain all necessary planning permissions, local authority consents and other consents and permissions required for the Services before they start and any delay or cancellation will be solely at your risk. You must allow us or our agent to inspect these consents and permissions if required.

17. Installation Schedule:

Once Sales Order is signed and full payment is made, installation schedule will be provided and agreed upon.

18. Cancellation of Service:

Any changes or cancellation to installation services can only be made 7 days before schedule installation date and is subject to administrative charges. For cancellation within 7 days before scheduled installation date, fees are not refundable.

19. Site Conditions:

Before installation services start, you are to ensure that the site conditions are clear to start works and from other services/contractors that will cause interference with tile installation services. Any delay/rescheduling caused by other parties or site conditions will not be our responsibility. Administrative fees might be charged should there be any cause of delay/rescheduling caused by this interference.

20. Existing Unit/Fixtures/Fittings:

If we have agreed to remove pre-existing units, fixtures or fittings this may necessarily cause some damage to surrounding areas. We will try to limit the amount of damage caused but unless we have agreed to do so or we have failed to exercise reasonable skill and care, the services do not include us ‘making good’ any damage caused, painting, decorating, wiring, plumbing or tiling.

21. Services Completion:

Upon completion of installation services, a handover form is to be signed by you as proof of completion. Any required rectification or installation issues are to be noted on form and we will arrange for any further rectification.

22. Installation Quality Complaints:

Only standard product warranty applies.
